1. COMMITMENT / FAIR PLAY
Stryxa International Leagues operate a very simple policy; Players MUST be committed to playing regularly and completing fixtures and should conduct themselves professionally at all times. Players not completing fixtures or failing to adhere to our strict guidelines will simply be removed from the leagues and banned permanently from returning.
Play FAIR, Play REGULARLY, or do not play at all.
2. GAME SETTINGS GUIDE
ALL MATCHES MUST BE RANKED 6 MINS.
LIVE SEASON MUST BE TURNED OFF IF YOU HAVE THIS SERVICE. To turn off Live Season, follow instructions below on the game menu:

If the players in your opponents' team list before the game starts have red or green arrows next to them, then the player has Live Season ON, quit the match before it starts and let your opponent know he should turn it off.
There are a number of ways to meet your opponent online and play a ranked match, but follow the instructions below for the most straightforward option:
Note: The team on the LEFT of the fixture list on our website is the Home Team and should invite the other player into the game, however ultimately both players are responsible for contacting each other.
1. Find out your opponents' gamertag by logging into your Member Area and clicking on 'more info' next to their team name on the league table.
2. On the FIFA game, add your opponent as a 'friend' using their gamertag.
3. Once your opponent is confirmed as a friend, go into the 'VIEW PLAYER HUB' section on the FIFA Menu. (Select MY FIFA 10 ONLINE, then VIEW PLAYER HUB)
4. Once in your Player Hub, hold down the 'LT/L1' button and scroll down to your address book. Select your opponent from your address book.
5. Invite your oppponent to play and in the settings select 'RANKED' match.
6. Choose your team and you are ready to play your game!
3. ARRANGING MATCHES / CONTACTING OPPONENTS / FIXTURE RESCHEDULING
a) You can arrange to play your match at any time during the day, however if you cannot agree a time with your opponent when you are both available, the default kick off time is 10pm. Both players MUST be connected and ready to play within 15 minutes of the agreed kick off time. i.e. If you agree a kick off time of 8pm, both players have a 15 minute window (until 8.15pm) to get connected and be available to kick off, otherwise the match will be forfeited.
b) The main method of contacting your opponent is through the Stryxa Member Area Messaging System as messages are recorded and can be used as proof if your opponent does not get back to to arrange a fixture. Aside from the Stryxa Chat System and Member Area Messaging System, players can contact each other via MSN messenger, email or using the Xbox/PS3 LIVE headset. Just be sensible, make sure you are available and contactable for your fixture, if you cannot make it then simply let your opponent know so they are not left waiting for you.
c) Players CANNOT play matches outside of the day arranged by the website. i.e. If your league is Monday, you cannot contact your opponent and rearrange for Tuesday, you MUST play the match on Monday, either at a time you have agreed with your opponent or at the default kick off time of 10pm.
4. TEAM SELECTION / MANAGEMENT / FORMATIONS
a) You can use ANY Club or International team for your matches. i.e. Real Madrid vs Brazil. Players may compete using the same team. i.e. Man Utd vs Man Utd.
b) The HOME/HOST team is decided by whichever team appears first/on the left on the fixture list on our website. However, BOTH players are ultimately responsible for contacting each other, not just the Home team.
c) Only the available default formations for the team you select are allowed. i.e. 4-4-2, 4-5-1, 3-5-2 etc. Players cannot use custom formations. i.e. 6-3-1.
d) Users cannot ‘import’ individual players from another team to make a so-called ‘Allstar’ team; only players from the default squads may be used.
5. NO SHOWS / ABORTED GAMES / UNPLAYED MATCHES
a) If your opponent is not available online and ready to play within 20 minutes of your agreed kick off time, you can claim victory and a 3-0 walkover. Simply report the no show via your Member Area by selecting ‘no show’ on the score options. This must be done immediately after the 20 minute window has passed.
b) If any player deliberately aborts the game, please report this immediately to us. Any player deliberately aborting will be removed from the leagues and banned from taking part again in future. If the game disconnects due to a poor connection, simply follow the instructions in the 'DISCONNECTIONS' rule below.
c) If any match is unplayed due to both players not being available, not showing up or failing to record the match score, then the game will be void and neither player will receive any points, the match will not be replayed.
6. GAME CONNECTION PROBLEMS / DISCONNECTIONS / PROTESTS
a) If you have any difficulty connecting to your opponent in RANKED mode, you may play the fixture in another format, such as 'BE A PRO' or 'UNRANKED'. However, this MUST be agreed between both players prior to the match kicking off. You should message each other via the LIVE system or via your Stryxa Member Area and agree to play in another format. This way there can be confusion or dispute over the game format as you will have proof of your opponent agreeing to play.
b) If you experience connection problems during the game, be sensible but adhere to our strict guidelines; If the score is 2-1 after 60 minutes and you are disconnected, you must start a new game and play the first 30 minutes, giving 90 minutes in total, then add the final score. i.e. If you are disconnected winning 2-1 after 60 mins, then replay the first 30 mins and lose 2-1, the final score will be 3-3. If a player is SENT OFF and the game is disconnected, when you replay the match you MUST get the player sent off again so the match situation is the same as when the connection was lost.
c) If you have a protest because your opponent has broken rules or the connection is lagging, DO NOT simply quit the game otherwise you may forfeit 3-0. Pause the game, contact your opponent and try to resolve any issue. If you have photo, screen shot or video proof of any rule breaking, then you may QUIT the match and email the protest to us immediately.
7. RECORDING SCORES / REPORTING PROBLEMS
a) BOTH players should record the final score in their Members Area immediately after the match finishes. MATCHES ARE 90 MINUTES ONLY, if you play extra time or penalties this is just for fun and it does not count towards the score you record in your Member Area, if you draw after full-time then that is the result. Any player failing to record/confirm the score via their Member Area on the Stryxa website within 24 hours of the match ending will lose the game 3-0 and also receive -1 point deduction on the league table.
IMPORTANT: REMEMBER, YOU CAN HAVE YOUR SCORE AUTOMATICALLY EMAILED TO YOU WHEN YOUR GAME FINISHES SO THAT YOU HAVE PROOF OF THE RESULT. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS BELOW ON THE FIFA GAME MENU:

*WARNING: ANY PLAYER EDITING THE EMAIL AND ATTEMPTING TO SEND IN A FALSE SCORE WILL BE IMMEDIATELY AND PERMANENTLY BANNED FROM THE LEAGUES.
b) If there have been any major issues during your game not covered by our rules, please email us immediately so that we can resolve any issues. Our decision will always be final. Any false complaints will result in the user being permanently banned from Stryxa Leagues.
8. PLAYER INACTIVITY
a) Any user who is inactive or misses two weeks of matches without informing Stryxa will simply be removed from the league system and banned permanently from returning. We only want players taking part who are committed to playing and are prepared to communicate and notify us if they are unable to make fixtures so that their opponents do not waste their time. THIS RULE IS VERY IMPORTANT; PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH US AND YOUR OPPONENT IF YOU CANNOT MAKE A FIXTURE.
